Downtown Orlando has the greatest concentration of restaurants, bars and clubs aimed at locals and visitors looking for a night of fun outside the theme parks. Right in the centre of the action you’ll find the cocktail bar Hanson’s Shoe Repair located in an historic building rumoured to be the oldest building still standing in downtown Orlando. The original owner, Andrew Hanson, acquired the building in 1894 for his “Hanson Shoe Repair Shop” which had Orlando’s first electric sign. The cocktail bar itself offers great service and even better craft cocktails served in an elegant speakeasy atmosphere.
